ESPNU Arrives Just in Time for College Football

ESPNUTime Warner Cable has added ESPNU to its digital cable lineup, and if you’re a sports fan this couldn’t have come at a better time. ESPNU has picked up several NCSU games over the past few years that local fans haven’t been able to watch outside of a few local sports bars with satellite access. You can find it on channel 140 locally. The full announcement from the TWC website:

ESPNU action includes a variety of top football and men’s and women’s basketball mixed with baseball, softball, volleyball, lacrosse, ice hockey, wrestling and more. ESPNU also offers comprehensive studio programming, replays of ABC Sports, ESPN and ESPN2 games. In addition, ESPNU has a wide-ranging, long-term agreement with the NCAA that calls for extensive coverage of numerous NCAA Championships, including sports from each of the three college seasons.
