Either way, I wish I could take them up on it. Now if someone was just giving away a flatbed and a big-ass crane.

I have a bad feeling that the answer is (A) and they’re just trying to save money on demolition so they can put more of it into the ridiculously huge McMansion they plan to replace it with.

they quit making land quiet a while ago!
you might be seeing more of those offers. Word is the vulture forces behind ReNew Raleigh have bought up the houses on two blocks and plan on turning the area into a giant Lux Townhouse zone like has been dumped on the corner of six forks and lynn.
